A Masters-level, evidence-based therapeutic approach that integrates the creative process with psychological insight. You don't need to be an "artist" to benefit; we use a variety of creative modalities (eg., drawing, watercolour, symbolism etc) to access parts of your experience that are difficult to put into words. It’s a powerful way to externalize and see your internal world from a new, tangible perspective. Standard sessions are 55 minutes long. Clients provide own art materials. Online sessions available currently.

In these relaxed 30-minute one-on-one sessions, held at a local cafe or online, we chat over a warm drink while I capture your likeness in real time, translating your energy and presence onto paper. You will walk away with an original, hand-drawn live portrait that honors a genuine snapshot of your journey, making it a grounded creative experience, a thoughtful gift to yourself or a loved one, or a unique way to celebrate a personal milestone.

Tailored to your preferred size and medium, each piece is individually hand-drawn using traditional materials to honor your unique story. Simply submit your reference photos and select your specifications to receive a high-quality finished artwork delivered directly to your door, making it a thoughtful keepsake, memorial piece, or addition to your home collection.
